安装 VSCode Server

背景

VSCode Remote 功能需要在目标 Linux 上运行 VSCode Server。一般来说，VSCode 会自行安装 VSCode Server，但是如果是用 Docker 的话，就希望镜像内能预先装好 VSCode Server。因为如果没有预先装好，且没有持久化安装 VSCode Server 的路径，就会经常需要重新安装。

只要在 Dockerfile 里写上 RUN curl -fsSL https://gist.githubusercontent.com/b01/0a16b6645ab7921b0910603dfb85e4fb/raw/5186ea07a06eac28937fd914a9c8f9ce077a978e/download-vs-code-server.sh | sh 就行了。但要注意的是，VSCode Server 版本更新后需要重新构建镜像。
